Do you do custom work?

Yes, I welcome all custom projects!  Please email me at hello@jacquelinediesing.com and we can chat more. 

Can I order a custom size of an existing print?

My prints only scale to certain sizes (based on the ratio of the print), so custom sizing might not be possible for all prints.  However, please contact me with the sizing and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

I’m a shop owner and would love to sell your products.  Is this possible?

How can I stay up to date with new artwork releases?

I post progress shots of new art in the works on my Instagram account.  You can find me at: @jaxing13.

How soon will my order ship?

Shipping varies.  All of my prints are printed out of house, which adds extra time to processing the order.  A rough estimate on shipping time would be about 2 weeks from the date the order is placed. 

What is your returns policy?

No returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.  If your print arrives damaged, please contact me with photos and I’d be happy to ship you a replacement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is accepted via credit card, Apple Pay and PayPal.

What type of paper is used for the prints?

Archival quality, Acid-Free Giclee prints on 310 gsm Bright White Hahnemuhle German Etching Cotton Paper.

How will my print arrive?

Your print will be enclosed with a backer board in a cello sleeve and will be shipped to you in either a stiff cardboard mailer or rolled in a sturdy tube.
